What Ryze does
that the others don't.

Most apps pick their half: count the meals, or keep the workouts. Ryze holds both in a single subscription, and the workout half runs with no signal. That is the difference, and it can be checked on the App Store listings cited here.

The short answer

Every other app makes you fill in a spreadsheet. Ryze fills it in for you: describe your meal and it is logged; tell it about your week and it is planned; open the app in the morning and today's session is waiting.

A tracker records the past. Ryze arms the future: it is the only app whose coach writes into your log and your plan, and the only one holding meals and training in a single subscription, offline included.

Why those four lines matter

One app, one subscription

Keeping nutrition in one app and training in another means two subscriptions, two histories and two places to give up. Ryze computes today's target from both: yesterday's session counts in today's calories.

The scan names things, it doesn't guess a total

A total with no detail cannot be corrected. Ryze puts one line per food with its amount (the avocado, the salmon, the dressing), and correcting one line updates the rest. That is the difference between a usable estimate and a number to trust.

The gym is a basement

Many nutrition apps have no workout to run; many workout apps assume signal to load yours. In Ryze today's workout is already on the phone, rest timer included, and syncs back when signal returns.

No ads, no resale

A health app funded by advertising has an interest in knowing your weight. Ryze is paid and stays paid: nothing is sold, the database is hosted in the European Union, and meal photos are deleted after analysis.

The simplest thing is to look for three days.
